Supporting Independence Ltd is a small independent organisation providing supported living for adults with learning disabilities with complex needs, autism, mental health issues and acquired brain injuries. We currently have two sites, one at Littlehampton and one in Findon. Both services provide support as required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We also provide outreach support outside of these services within the local areas.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader for our Littlehampton site.
Desirable Experience: mental health, supported living, managing a team.

Your Role:
To support the Managers in managing and motivating an existing staff team to deliver a quality service to clients; developing ways to help the clients to increase their skills and helping them to reach their goals and aspirations. You will be helping to run the day to day activities, attend meetings with other professionals, conduct staff meetings, hold supervisions, construct rotas as per client requirements, complete audits and liaise regularly with management.

This is a full time position (40 hours) typically Mon-Fri, however, you may be required to work some weekends to cover the needs of the service. You will be part of the on call rota which will require you to be available to cover shifts as necessary at short notice, including evenings, weekends and sleeping overnight.

You will be required to travel to our Findon periodically for training, admin and to cover staff as required by the service
