As a senior member of the Client Services Department you will lead and motivate the team, delivering customer service and operational excellence. You will also manage the technical support teams globally.

You will work strategically delivering global strategy by implementing improvements, keeping up-to-date with the industry, working to targets and maintaining budgets.

Duties will include:

-Managing Client Service Department staff and supporting Regional Managers

-Ensuring all administration duties are completed for Technical Support, HR requirements, work plans, contracts, budgets and projections

-Maintaining resource levels for the department including conserving succession planning

-Assisting Regional Managers in developing reports, and ensuring they follow correct HR procedures

-Mitigate risks and work with compliance

It is essential that you have previous managerial experience, able to inspire and resolve conflict. You will be experienced in building relationships with third parties, including customers and stakeholders. You will have worked in a customer service environment and have a strong project management background.
