Can you inspire innovation & positive change?

We are looking for an experienced, passionate manager who will oversee a team of Service Leads to deliver our innovative community development, awareness raising, campaigns and media activity across Peterborough & Cambridgeshire.

Head of Campaigns and Community Projects
Initially One Year Fixed Term Contract
30 hours per week, (Working occasional evenings and weekends)
Salary: £33,437 FTE - £26,750 for 30 hours (NJC Salary Scale Point 38)
Based: Cambridge & St Neots (with county-wide travel)

CPSL Mind is a progressive and expanding mental health charity, working across Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and South Lincolnshire.

- Take responsibility for the delivery of CPSL Mind’s Campaigns and Media Activity, Community Development and mental health promotion projects.
- Empower project teams to innovate and inspire positive change.
- Ensure that projects meet the requirements of Mind Quality Standards and project funders/contracts.
- Create an open and honest environment in which staff can work to the best of their ability.
