This role is field based so travel across the territory is required every day – a company car is provided for this purpose.

Drive acquisitions of new customers in out of home markets through:
o Networking within industry
o Detecting and converting
o Prospecting, planning and forecasting
o Conveying passion & knowledge of the content and brand
• Maximizing revenue of territory through retention, up-selling and compliance turnaround.
• Working closely with the Regional Sales Manager and Sales and Service Advisory to manage territory
• Detect and convert sales opportunities through quality prospecting and pipe-lining
• Provide daily route plans and visits schedule
• Manage multiple campaigns and targets at any given time
• Ensure data captured and administration is accurate
• Management of churn recovery
• Undertake compliance visits to protect revenue, customers investment and company brand during live sporting event broadcasts
• Delivering excellent customer service by understanding in detail the customer needs and helping them to deliver business through marketing, Point of Sale tools etc.
• Support wider region on campaigns
• Full life-cycle management of the sales process
• Regular reporting and analysis on performance and productivity to present in team meetings
• Use of the full sales method mix including self-sufficient lead generation, primarily face to face meetings, telephone calls and networking
• Industry networking through specialist groups and brewers etc

9am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday core hours

Salary 25K
Company Car +other benefits listed below:
Bonus uncapped 1st year 8K -10K, 2nd year 15-20K paid quarterly
