We have an opportunity for an experienced and qualified Site Contracts Manager to work with a large Manufacturing company, installing there products on-site. You will responsible for effectively developing and maintaining commercial relationships with all customers on and off site in the sales territory and at a senior level with key customers.

Duties and Responsibilities Include

Review drawings / site plans and carry out site surveys
Provide quotations for installation and build programmes for the scope of work to be tendered
Manage additions/omissions of work/product/services in the process
Set up site plans in readiness for installation
Coordinate installation with client and other contractors
Managing valuations, variations and retention's
Mange project retention's and invoice part/full payments when due
Ensure RAMS are project specific according to the scope of work to be carried out
Project H&S plans must be in place to ensure safe working in accordance to CDM regulations
Quality control - ensuring our products arrive on site (install or supply only) in prime condition
Training provider for new/existing customers
Continual training to ensure the correct installation process for our steel door sets
On site and factory based installation schemes for all door / frame types
Investigate and resolve allocated complaints received /snags
Ascertain cause of complaint - specification - processing - design - assembly - installation

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Site Management safety training Scheme (SMSTS) Certificate
Site Supervisory Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS)
Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) skilled worker card
Construction, Design and Management Accreditation (CDM)
Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme Accreditation (CHAS)
Health & Safety Awareness (minimum)
First Aider
