A great opportunity for an enthusiastic Immigration Advisor to join a fast growing law firm. You will have good knowledge of the UK immigration policies; excellent verbal, drafting and interpersonal skills; high standard of client care; good organisational skills; ability to produce consistently high quality work you will be expected to manage his own workload involving practical advice to individual and corporate clients on all aspects of the UK immigration and nationality law, including.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing casework assignments and applications which could include all types of Entry Clearance Visas, EEA, Further Leave to Remain and ILR.
Undertake initial consultation and provide advice to clients.
Meet with clients for the initial consultation and gather information for the application process
Collect relevant documents for the immigration application process.
Submit applications to the Home Office or other relevant authorities.Stay up-to-date with the latest relevant legislation and policy changes.
Comply and deliver tasks within set deadlines.Have the ability to supervise your own caseload as well as the ability to build a client base and develop the department.
To succeed in this role you will need to haveTo succeed in this role you will need to have:

Proven Immigration Experience - All types of Entry Clearance Visas, EEA, Further Leave to Remain and ILR.
Deliver Highest Level of Service to All Clients.
OISC Level 1 accreditation
Working Rights in the UK
Good Legal Writing and Drafting Skills / IT and Microsoft Office Literate.What we Offer:
