Preston based multinational company signed in new clients and are looking to develop a full technical team to assist them in delivering a top-notch customer service.

This fixed term contract will not only make your name shine on the customer service radar, but it will also shape your skills in both your professional and personal life.

Role description:

* 1st line customer technical support handling inbound and outbound calls, providing updates and information.
* Achieve daily targets and objectives
* 5 hours shift within the 8am - 9pm time frame (Monday- Saturday), 9am-6pm Sunday
* 3 weeks training (M-F 9am to 5:30pm)
* £7.95 per hour
* Fixed Term Contract - up to November
