ROLE: Service Desk Team Lead


SALARY: £35,000

An opportunity for an ambition Service Desk Team Lead to work for a large organisation based in Bristol.

You will be managing and grow your own service desk team, allocating and supporting tickets throughout the team. This is a hands-on role with internal and external stake holder management.

To be successful in this role, you'll have the following skills and experience:

* Good internal and external stakeholder management
* Must have managed support team
* Ideally experience within a commercial environment
* Strong communication skills
