Desk-side Support Analyst – Cardiff – 3 Months – Outside IR35

Our client, a leading Public Sector organization in Wales currently have a new exciting opportunity for an experienced Desk-side Support to support the primary functions within their ICT team in Cardiff.

• Travel to sites across North Wales

• Responsible for the maintenance of all ICT equipment and software after the network point within the North Wales region.

• Use of SCCM and SCSM to administer assets and service/Incident requests

• Work collaborate with other ICT resolver groups

• Participate in the rollout of PC, laptop and printer replacement programmes (including asset management & quality assurance) under guidance from the DSS Team Leader.

• Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support and adhere to all service management principles

• Control of equipment issued and maintain accurate records within the appropriate asset management system


• Previous experience in a Desk-side Support Analyst or similar position

• Experience in working in a Microsoft driven environment

• Ability to diagnose ICT hardware and software faults and implement solutions

Due to the travel requirements for the role, a valid Full UK Driving Licence is required for this role.
