The role has several requirements which would involve providing proactive and reactive electrical maintenance of all plant equipment within the maintenance team in order to keep the plant in top functioning performance.

This plant is a 24 hour production plant thus downtime is too kept to a minimum this is done by quick repairs and planned maintenance, the role will require you to be on call one week in 4 but you do get compensated handsomely for this.

The role is a days based role working roughly 8:30-5:30 Monday to Friday, however any over time is payed, and weekend overtime is at a premium. This company are willing to pay for quality candidates that can invest and integrate into the team. They are a Family run company and culture fit is important.


The role would suit a candidate that has strong electrical knowledge industrially, in particular experience in a plant environment with processing equipment such as vacuums, pumps, air blowers, bucket elevators, conveyors and grinders.


* HNC or Equivalent in electrical engineering discipline
* 17th Edition IET Regulations
* HV/Medium distribution training is advantageous
* Experience in the above machinery is advantageous
* Good Mechanical Aptitude and fitting skills
* FLT Licence Advantageous

This role is more electrical bias and would suit someone who would be looking to settle and integrate with a local company who have a multinational presence, they are looking to develop someone into a duty holder and pass on the industrial knowledge that they have built up
