On the back of successfully securing new business there is additional requirement in a busy, automotive manufacturing business.

Job Details
The purpose of the role will be to manage the company’s commercial business in an effective and professional manner. Coordinate various business development activities; including customer inquiries, quotation development and pricing negotiations.

The Sales Co-ordinator will attend sales meetings, maintain relationships with the customer, resolving any issues with them and internal departments, maintain and provide accurate data as well as annual sales forecasts and history reports for management review.

A large part of this role would be to interact with various departments including product engineering, purchasing, engineering, packaging etc. to ascertain design change information, material cost, assembly time/labour cost, tooling cost and freight cost.

Experience / Qualifications
Qualified to HND or degree level, specifically in Business Studies is essential for this position as well as advanced level user in Microsoft Excel.
Ideally experience from within automotive manufacturing but isn’t essential. Applications from recent graduates will be considered.
Good communication and negotiation skills and proven track record of being a self-starter and doesn’t need a lot of direction.

Salary / Shifts
Day shift
Up to £24,000 depending on experience
