My client is currently looking for an experienced administrator to start immediately. The duties for this position include -

Processing client new business applications, top ups and funding accurately and in a timely manner and per agreed service levels

Handling, investigating and resolving any account open queries or system exceptions within agreed service levels

Proactive assistance and resolution of client enquiries/issues relating to asset transfers (in-specie transfers), adhering to relevant timescales and processing guidelines

Producing Management Information relating to Transfer cases

Ensuring all received funding is identified and applied within service levels to avoid clients being out of market

Help with the documentation of new processes or changes to existing processes

Help with the resolution of customer complaints

Feedback trends in account open, top up and funding rejections to help facilitate service and training improvements

The position is Monday to Friday starting at 09:00 and finishing at 17:30. Central Horsham location, easily accessable by public transport.
