Firstsource are recruiting in the area for Contact Centre Agents handling calls daily to resolve any issues the customer may have.
As a Contact Centre Advisor we are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering results. As this role is predominantly phone based, you will need to be an excellent communicator. This role is a complex and varied role, providing a great opportunity for someone looking to enhance their skills further, or develop a skillset and background in the Financial Services Sector.

For the position of Contact Centre Advisor, the following experience would be helpful but not necessary:
Previous experience working in financial solutions role
Experience of working in a contact centre or phone based environment
