We are seeking to recruit a SALES ADMINISTRATOR for a very successful and expanding engineering business based in the Hanley area of Stoke on Trent. This is an entry level position and it is anticipated that the successful person will seize the opportunity to progress their career in the direction of key account management in the not too distant future. In return, a salary in the region of £22,000 is being offered.

As an SALES ADMINISTRATOR within this company, you will be expected to:
• Work closely with the Commercial Manager & Directors
• Process sales order, invoices & purchase orders
• Arrange shipping
• Be the first point of contact for incoming customer queries
• Provide the highest level of customer service
• Make out bound calls to customers and suppliers
• Maintain commercial records & documentation on SAGE
• Generally, support the Sales Team

The successful SALES ADMINISTRATOR will be able to demonstrate the following key Characteristics:
• Experience in a business to business sales office environment
• A confident communicator, face to face, via phone & in writing
• Highly computer literate particularly with Microsoft office and databases
• Outstanding attention to detail
• A genuine desire to progress your career
