Are you a process, improvement and Quality orientated Manufacturing Engineering Manager?

A Manufacturing Engineering Manager is required for a market leading company who can offer, the opportunity to proactively help implement and improve company processes in order to maximise production and efficiency. The company offer a very competitive package and the opportunity to work for an incredibly successful manufacturing company.

The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will suit candidates from ANY complex production, assembly or testing backgrounds. The role will be managing 5 process engineers day to day and implementing and improving lean manufacturing techniques. The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will be responsible for optimising the quality, cost, productivity and cycle time. The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will also be responsible for ensuring HS&E protocol is upheld.

The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will need to be confident working to lean manufacturing process and to be confident improving and implementing new process in accordance with new product implementation and the associated issues that may occur during NPI. As well as working with 5 process engineers the Manufacturing Engineering Manager will need to regularly liaise with the Production and Quality Managers to ensure standards and continuous improvement is carried out within all departments.

The Manufacturing Engineering Manager Role:

* Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00
* Implementing continuous improvement and lean manufacturing techniques
* Managing 5 Process Engineers

The Manufacturing Engineering Manager:

* Confident with implementing new lean manufacturing techniques
* Working with the Quality and Production Managers to ensure improvements are made
