Job Specification - Customer Service Coordinator.

Duties include:
to manage a portfolio of the clients within the aerospace industry
to deliver on time to cost and quality
to provide program update reports both internal and external.
interface with other departments, the senior management teams and customers.

Key Skills required for the position are:
Experience of working within a team of people achieving a common goal
ability to resolve problems in a timely manner.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Key responsibility:
To be the principal customer interface
to provide customer feedback as required
to coordinate all the manufacturing and assembly including all subcontracted operations.
Provide regular project status reports to the senior management team covering spend and performance.
Maintain accurate logs and records
Manage the implementation of all new tasks and modifications
help to identify risk and anticipate problems areas.
effectively plan and coordinate for program recovery if required
any other reasonable duties as requested by the management team.
