I am now recruiting on behalf of one of the biggest organisations in the UK who are dedicated to providing the best Nursing care to their residents within a nursing home based in Preston and offering a pay rate of £14.75 per hour.

They achieve this by providing you with the best support and training available which will enable you to give you the tools to be the best Nurse you can be for their fantastic residents. So these services are based in Preston and are now looking for experienced Registered Nurses (RGNs/RMNs) to join their team, Our client offers excellent rates of pay plus paid breaks and they have days and nights available. As a Registered General Nurse (RGN/RMN), you'll need to have current NMC registration, the most up to date clinical practices and experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments. You'll also need an understanding of regulatory frameworks, as well as DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical Guidelines.

All applicants must be Registered Nurse qualified (RGN or RMN), hold a valid NMC Pin, and be able to prove their eligibility to work in the U.K.

The ideal candidate for this position will need to have the following to be considered for this fantastic Nursing Home:
- A valid NMC Pin registration
- The relevant Nurse qualification required for this post
- Good working knowledge of CQC standards
- The ability to engage with the service users to understand their needs in order to provide excellent services of care
- The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families and visitors
- Eligibility to work within the U.K.
