We are currently recruiting for a Branch Manager to hold the Registration of our successful domiciliary branch based in Bristol. The Registered Branch Manager has full responsibility of the branch fully supported by our wider operations team.
You will be responsible for the management of the office staff and care workers ensuring all of the existing Care team our developed and trained. Health, Safety and Quality assurance, recruitment and training, supervisions and appraisals, service calls, the management of the branches budgets and P&L'S and ensuring continuous Business Development, branch growth and profitability.
The ideal candidate will have proven people management skills, NVQ level 4/ RMA or equivalent, experience of working within a regulatory environment preferable CQC. Experience of being a Registered Branch Manager is highly advantageous. Due to the nature of the business the successful candidate will need to be a car owner and driver.
