My client, who operates in the sports/leisure sector, is looking for an administrator to cover a minimum 7 month maternity cover. The role should ideally start on Monday 31st July so there can be an effective handover. Therefore only candidates who are available now or by then should apply.
Based on the Walsall/Great Barr border, this role is varied and busy and you’re working on lots of projects, predominantly travel. The main duties include:-
• Organise the travel, flights, accommodation and various events for senior staff members for both the UK and abroad
• Type and file contracts, administer expenses, as well as other administrative duties.
If you have previous travel arrangement experience this will be a distinct advantage. You should also have a minimum of 3 years administration experience, have intermediate to advanced Microsoft package capability including Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as first class communication skills both written and verbal.
The hour are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, there’s a fantastic positive culture here as well as free parking and onsite restaurant facilities
