An exceptional new and growing company are looking for a Quality Manager to cover a portfolio of specialist mental health and learning disability services.

We are working exclusively with our client to help them find someone with specialist skills in Quality and Compliance. The role is to review and support the performance of the services in the division and strive for outstanding results across the region.

The role holder should have a demonstrable, successful track record of positively supporting and influencing managers and colleagues to provide excellent levels of care. The role holder will have experience with auditing, quality & compliance frameworks, staff recruitment, team working and producing well developed care plans. They will have excellent knowledge of CQC inspection framework and implementing quality assurance with robust action plans.

Salary: £25k
