Our client is a well-established and fast growing company and due to current business requirement, they are presently seeking the services of smart, tenacious and competent Asbestos Administrator to join their busy office/team in Yorkshire and will include applications from South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

Ideally, the applicant must have good formal education and at the same time must have significant experience working in an office environment and within the asbestos industry.

Must have the ability to use the Microsoft Office package proficiently and will have good typing and IT skills.

Must be well versed with the Health & Safety legislation with regards to asbestos.

Must come from a technical background.

Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Must have good organizational, presentation and client facing skills.

Role Will Encompass:

Supporting the Manager and ensuring work is carried out according to the procedures.

Collating asbestos notifications, ASB5, etc., legally and customers' satisfaction.

Delivering tender submissions.

Reporting any works or issues to the Manager.

Assisting with reviews of removal procedures and complying with the Health & Safety procedures and license.

Liaising with the company's key clients, building a good rapport with clients.

Dealing with any issues, Health & Safety, documents, etc., effectively and appropriately.

Carrying out any other and adhoc duties.

The successful candidate will be of smart disposition, adaptable, have the ability to multi-task, and carry out general administrative duties and ensure that the office runs smoothly.
