Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Performance and Insight Manager to join a large Public Sector organisation, on an initial 3 month contract basis, in the Luton area.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience working within a local authority and have extensive knowledge of good practice within complaints management. As part of the role we are looking for the manager to produce regular operational reports, including KPIs, dashboards and commentary on customer service data. You will be responsible for analysing data and information from a variety of sources regarding the current service being delivered.

Candidates need to have the ability to proof read and quality check, all written complaints, which have come in to the department and ensure all customer engagement regarding surveys are monitored.
