Our well established Nottingham based client is looking to recruit a Marketing Assistant to join their successful team on a 10 month contract with the potential to going permanent after.

This is a full time position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

Duties include but not limited to;

* Play a key role in the shows and conferences from helping to plan the event to execution this will involve working closely with internal and external people and suppliers
* Be on hand to support any other shows that the company is attending
* Manage on-site exhibition activity by organising the supply/collection of kit to/from the sales force
* Manage an effective and cost-efficient process for the supply of samples
* Assist the Publications and Communications Manager in the cleaning and preparation of the CRM based catalogue mailing list prior to the distribution of the catalogue
* On-going maintenance and updating of the email and mailing lists to be drawn upon throughout the year for email blasts and promo/catalogue mailing
* Distribution of promotional literature/calendars to sales force
* To capture and co-ordinate company statistics/figures and other marketing information to support presentations and publications
* Liaise with catalogue printers to obtain new stock of catalogues
