The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Estimator to join my client, a globally recognized professional services company that specialize in programme management, project management, cost management and consulting across the property, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors.

The successful Senior Estimator will be required to work as part of the client's estimating function, based in the Midlands.

Responsibilities:

- Produce detailed resourced based estimates to evaluate design changes, maintain the baseline cost and challenge contractor's estimates.
- Assist with the achievement of departmental objectives.
- Produce estimates without supervision or management.
- Support the development and promotion of estimating good practice within the company.
- Produce accurate and comprehensive estimates for projects in a timely and efficient manner.
- Control and Management of the estimating process at project level.

Requirements:

- Must hold a degree in Estimating or Quantity Surveying with proven relevant rail sector experience.
- Strong experience of provision of estimating and/or Quantity Surveying services in a large project environment.
- Competent with using RIB Construction Suite/iTWO to intermediate user standard.
- MRICS/CIOB or similar professional membership.
- Good knowledge of project management, planning, risk and investment processes.
- Minimum 5+ years' post qualification experience.

The role is negotiable between £35k - £50k+ package.
