Temporary position - Starts ASAP On going contract

Pay £9.00 - £9.58 p/h

The Company:

Our client is a leading privately owned company, with an unrivalled reputation within the building services sector offering a comprehensive electrical and mechanical design, installation and maintenance service across many sectors including Social Housing.

Administrator Duties (but not limited to):

You will be required to provide full administration support, updating spreadsheets (data input), liaising with customers, this is a very busy office a large amount of the role is involved on the phone dealing with queries, dealing with out of hours messaging service etc.

Key Skills:

* Administrator must have a very good telephone manner.
* Excellent I.T skills and conversant in Outlook emails, Word and Excel etc.
* Able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision and be able to think on your feet and outside the box is essential for this role.
* You will have excellent communication skills and personable person
