Our client is a major player in its sector of the FMCG market and is growing rapidly in the UK. As a result they are looking for someone to look after several of their customers, where they believe there are significant growth opportunities.

The role will be to control and manage all aspects of sales related business to drive budgeted growth and profit margins. Ensure that the business works in an efficient and effective way to enable it to deliver on customer demands both internally and externally.

You will persistent and reasonable with a pro active can do attitude. You will be responsible for developing profitable sales from within the existing customer base by developing the business through innovation, new products and service and in existing and new market sectors. You will shape and communicate the future direction of the designated accounts, ensuring all colleagues understand the business goal. As well as managing the development and execution of annual sales and marketing budgets, and ensure all agreed targets are met within the site.

The salary is entirely negotiable upon experience but is a strong basic, bonus, and salary sacrifice for additional benefits.
