We are looking for Senior Customer Service Advisors to join a leading third-party mortgage servicer. This role will involve inbound, outbound and webchat conversations with customers and brokers regarding new and existing mortgage applications. You will be required to engage with potential customers, fact find to ascertain income and expenditure information and provide a decision in principle outcome. You will also handle and deliver administrative duties within customer operation effectively and efficiently.

What will you be doing in this role?

- Receiving inbound calls from customers in relation to client mortgage
propositions or mortgage applications
- Managing customer queries using the webchat communication
- Actively listening to ensure the customer’s financial situation is fully understood
- Ensuring all relevant customer documents are received in a timely
manner and validated against the application requirements
- Ensuring all documentation is uploaded correctly and accurately onto the customer application
- Processing the initial mortgage application to completion

- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of mortgage regulation and credit control policies
- PC literate - Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to overcome objections

Starting salary is between £18,000 - £20,000 per annum. You’ll also receive a fantastic benefits package!

Working hours?

You’ll be required to work 35 hours per week on a shift pattern between 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday and occasional weekends.
