We’re looking for someone with strong leadership and change management skills to lead the social care element of an integrated CMHT, ensuring Care Act compliance in a team which has a strongly health perspective. They must have excellent skills in engaging with health colleagues, ability to clearly communicate a social care perspective and strong negotiation skills. Experience of successful performance management is essential. The role involves managing Social Workers and AMPHs, supporting excellent social work practice and prioritising and allocating work.

To apply for this role you must have:
• A relevant Social Work qualification (BA/MA Social Work/DipSW or equivalent)
• Be HCPC Registered
• Be eligible to work within the UK
