Work as a Store Manager for JYSK

£24,000 plus bonus “maximum 3 months’ salary”

- As a Store Manager you are responsible for sales and all business processes in the store.
- Responsibility includes training, coaching and developing your staff, and for managing and ensuring the overall performance of the store.
- Your job is to ensure that sales are the main priority and that your store and staff are always ready for customers.

As a Store Manager you have the following areas of responsibility:
- You will lead your team to success
- Be the final decision maker regarding the store
- Improve sales and ensure great customer service
- Manage and optimise the overall performance of the store
- Train, coach and develop your team
- Lead, involve and motivate your team
- Establish new goals for your team and the overall performance of your store
- Evaluate the sales figures (with the Sales Leader / Assistant Manager) and prepare sales strategies to meet your goals
- Participate on equal terms with your colleagues in daily store and stockroom tasks
- Follow up on and evaluate the performance of your store and your team
- Schedule, delegate and plan the different tasks and responsibilities in relation to deadlines
- As Store Manager you will refer to the District Manager / Retail Manager

Experience Required:
- Must have 2-4 years management experience prefably in retail
- A relevant educational background
