Role: Regional Deputy Manager (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
Location: Leeds & West/South/North Yorkshire
Salary: £35,000 + travel allowance
Hours: full time, 40 hours split across five days

-BACKGROUND-
TIME Recruitment is currently working with a large health & social care provider in selecting a registered nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to operate as a Regional Deputy Manager. Working closely with Home Managers across a portfolio of homes in Yorkshire, this position offers a fantastic opportunity for any ambitious nurse looking to progress. The role is largely supernumerary, allowing the successful candidate to focus their energies on managerial tasks and responsibilities.

-THE ROLE-
As a Regional Deputy Manager, you will play a leading role in the provision of top-class care and support to residents across a number of homes in Yorkshire. Putting your training to good use, you will be expected to utilise a range of clinical skills, demonstrating a natural flair for leadership. Previous experience of leading a team within a care setting is essential.

Liaising closely with existing Home Managers, you will be given an opportunity to lead teams of care staff on a daily basis. You will need a good working knowledge of CQC regulations and expectations, along with other relevant legislation. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a real understanding of safeguarding, care planning and staff performance management.

Our client offers an excellent induction programme, including a classroom based induction which is without parallel within the sector.
