Job Title : Sales Executives

Location : Leeds Arlington Business Centre

Competitive Salary & Benefits: £20,000k basic with on target earnings of an additional £4000 = £24,000 with

uncapped earnings you get out what you put in.

your digital marketing knowledge by working with small and medium-sized businesses to develop

their advertising strategy using Google platforms.

Google and Capita: Capita is the UK's largest outsourcing solutions provider we have being working

successfully in partnership with Google since 2007. Capita is the only organisation in the UK working

on behalf of Google to help new advertisers start and optimise their campaigns, via Adwords and

other related products. Here we have 150 Googlers, complete with Starbucks, free shuttle bus and

breakout areas Google-style.

The requirements:

*Self driven, self motivated, self starter

*Proven sales skills

*Working to objectives / Target level achievement

*Organisation, routine and structure

*Problem solving - a huge part of this role is consultancy

*Relationship building - confident talking to key decision makers

*Able to work aa part of a team

*Behaviours and Compliance - conformance to our operating rhythm

*Interest in Google and Knowledge of Google Adwords product

*Business sense and knowledge of the commercial world and current trends.

Key experience :

* 2 years proven consultative sales, digital marketing, advertising, account management and business

development experience or University degree in relevant fields.

* Familiar with Google advertising platforms. Google certified a plus!

* Must be technically savvy with expertise in social media, computers, mobile devices, and more importantly,

how they all work together.

* Unbeatable communication skills, both oral and written.

* Approach solutions to complex challenges with an analytical and creative mind-set.

*Previous role working with commission based sales targets

*PPC experience is useful but certainly not essential
