My client is looking for a competitive field sales representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful person will source new opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing products and services. * Conducting competitor analysis and keeping ahead of local developments and identifying new business opportunities
* Resolving customer queries quickly and effectively
* Planning and organising time efficiently (i.e. call planning)
* Research, develop and deliver customer account proposals and agreements
* Completion of all administrative work, as required.
* Growth and development of Active Key accounts in line with budget for revenue and debt and maximising the revenue opportunities.
* Ensuring performance on sales discounts, bad debts and all other KPI's are within agreed target levels
* All viable sales opportunities are identified and converted into revenue
* Preparing and providing sales performance reports as and when requested to agree deadlines
* Maintenance of all customer records on the CRM system are input on a daily basis to ensure records are fully up to date and factual.
* Support the internal sales team and proactive teams to maximise the revenue opportunities
* Building and maintaining relationships with Directors and colleagues
* Ability to prepare and present power point presentations to customers and at meetings on request
* Manage and make best use of market intelligence reports for your territory
* Meeting defined deadlines
