Business Development Manager - The Role
As a Business Development Manager you'll be responsible for driving new business revenue sales in the retail sector. Covering the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through to closing sales you will provide a consultative sales approach to help clients provide their end users with an innovative customer experience.
Placed in the driving seat of the future of the company, you will assume responsibility for growth and be expected to critically assess your own performance. You will shape your own destiny as part of the company by having an entrepreneurial attitude with the drive to progress within this global organisation. You will be dealing with C-level decision makers, therefore you will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a tenacious, adaptable attitude to build solid professional relationships.
Business Development Manager - The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have desire, ambition and will not be phased by new challenges.

We are looking for a proven Sales Executive who can demonstrate success in developing new business. Core skills and background include:
• Proactive individual with a self -starting attitude
• C2-5 years of enterprise level sales experience
• A background in POS systems
• Experience of selling in to the Retail industry
• A consultative approach to generating new business
• Able to own and develop relationships
• Strong organisational skills with excellent time management
• A positive and optimistic personality with the desire to succeed
• An entrepreneurial spirit
