Essential

Creative and able to initiate ideas to drive acquisition and retention, growth and profitability.
Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and by telephone.
Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone with senior business decision makers.
Resilience- able to handle difficult objections, criticisms and complaints objectively; the ability to work under pressure in an ever changing competitive market.
Desirable

Able to establish and maintain effective business relationships with key stakeholders at all levels with strong influencing skills.
Proven track record in a high performing sales environment; being target driven and outcome focused.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence and close sales using a variety of techniques.
Office hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm.

Salary: £18,000- £20,000 OTE (Basic rate £15,834)

Location: Broomhill, Sheffield (S10) - excellent transport links
