The Operation…

Situated in a rural, yet picturesque area of Perthshire, this stunning country house style property has maintained a number of its original features whilst offering a modern hospitality experience. Offering a variety of accommodation, F&B, events and leisure options, there is enough going on at the hotel to ensure every day at work is different.

The Job and You…

The successful Co-ordinator will work closely with the Events Manager and Senior Hotel Management, ensuring all events are planned, co-ordinated and executed to the expected premier standards. Key responsibilities will include:-

- Liaise and communicate with all hotel departments, in regards to guest needs
- Be first point of contact with potential guests and conduct showrounds
- Convert enquiries into sales and bookings, ensuring maximum revenue achieved
- Pro-actively sell the hotel’s facilities and offerings
- Deal with customer feedback, after sales care and customer records
- Ensure all admin duties are undertaken in an organised and professional manner.

To be considered, candidates should ideally have experience either in the operation of events or as a co-ordinator. Attention to detail is vital within the role, along with excellent organisational skills and administration know-how. The ability to be a self-starter, proactive and work alone is also essential. As the role may be first point of contact with potential clients, applicants must have a warm and engaging personality, first class communication skills and immaculate presentation.

Role is 5/7 days, including weekends. Normal working hours are between 9pm and 6pm, however evenings may be required on occasion.
