Programme Manager urgently required,nRight now we're looking for experienced and accomplished Programme Managers to join our Transformation and Change team. Working collaboratively with a separate IT delivery team and business sponsors you'll initiate and deliver substantial, complex programmes, so it's vital that you have the experience and creativity to successfully manage every aspect of them to facilitate the benefit delivery and help us meet our strategic targets.

Our business change team undertakes a diverse set of projects across B2C, B2B and our other businesses which include transformational change, developing new and exciting propositions using digitally enabled channels.

There's an essential interpersonal side to this role as you will be providing leadership and coaching for those in your team. The ability to challenge but also inspire excellence in those around you is crucial. Outside the immediate development of your programmes, you'll also represent them to other parts of the business, engaging and building relationships with key stakeholders and senior leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

What we need from you:

* Managing Successful Programme practitioner (or similar) with experience of shaping large, complex change programmes.
* Prince 2 practitioner or APMP with experience of scoping large projects which deliver transformational, business, cultural and organisational change.
* Experience of taking nebulous or ambiguous objectives or vision and scoping these out into tangible, firm deliverables on large projects
* Knowledge of programme, project and PMO methodologies including Agile.
* Proven ability to establish and develop effective, lasting relationships.
* Experience of liaising with multiple stakeholders in a variety of business areas and stakeholders of differing seniority.
* Must be flexible and adaptable with the ability to adapt to various ways of working within different programme environments.
* Must be able to undertake change in a pacier way and challenge the wider business, IT and Support Functions to identify and remove blockers that are stopping quick progress.
* Challenging and Innovative - must have the ability to challenge themselves to continuously improve, adding value to the organisation.
* Experience of using MS Project or similar planning tool.

* Extensive evidence of identifying, managing and embedding lasting business change.
* Extensive Experience of using MS Project or similar planning tool.
* Demonstrable people management skills, with previous line management experience

* Educated to degree standard or equivalent
* Experience of managing transformational complex programmes within multi-faceted operating environments
