IT Support Analyst / 1st Line / 2nd Line / Permanent / Leeds

Corecom Consulting are currently recruiting a IT Support Analyst for our client, a leading software house based in Leeds City Centre. Our client is looking to add a new member to their IT Support Team because of how quickly they are growing, so it's a very exciting time to join their organisation!

Your responsibilities include:

* Providing 1st & 2nd Line Support
* Taking technical requirements over the phone
* Assisting customers over the phone
* Providing fantastic customer service
* Analysing and troubleshooting support issues

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and experience:

* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to take technical requirements over the phone
* Detailed oriented
* 1st / 2nd line experience
* Basic knowledge of SQL
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Ability to troubleshoot
* Team player and go-getter attitude!
