Internal Sales Co-ordinator

299 Lighting is currently looking to recruit an Internal Sales Co-ordinator at our Bristol head office, a short bus ride from Temple Meads Train station, with local free car parking. This is a role that will be integral to the business as a whole.

We are looking for someone who is great at building relationships with our customers, has a passion for sales, is results driven and will thrive in a company that is at the heart of technology and design.

Responsibilities:

- To progress a portfolio of lighting design/projects within the UK.

- Ensure the Sales Order Processing procedures and protocols are followed.

- Liaise with our technical team for any technical solutions or technical advice required by the customer to help progress the project.

- Have a detailed understanding of projects and their provenance, working across all sectors with external teams involved with the project overall, allowing you to cultivate orders & maximise sales.

- Organise & book meetings for the Sales & Technical team, to maximise sales and develop relationships with our client base. Providing administration support as necessary.

- Review, manage and report weekly on company sales performance to help meet or exceed set targets.

- Work at lead generation by developing & updating the database/CRM in an appropriate manner.

- Build and maintain strong working relationships with new and existing clients, by developing regular touch points and call structure to create required sales meeting opportunities and project opportunities.

- Build a confident knowledge of product ranges.

- Ensure all customers are dealt with in a prompt and courteous manner, provide customer satisfaction through monitoring and reporting of feedback.

- Other tasks as directed by the company.

The ideal candidate will have experience of:
- B2B Sales role in the busy sales office or external sales role.
- A technical mindset, and ability to understand and interpret client’s requirements
- Excellent customer service within the B2B environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Developed analytical skills
- Bright, enthusiastic & energetic
- Must enjoy working in a small close-knit team
- Must be able to cope with pressure and tight deadlines
- An out-going personality, with a can-do attitude
- Experience of the construction industry is desirable

This is a full-time, permanent position.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
