The Job and You...

You will report directly to the hotel’s senior management with key responsibilities including

·Being the first point of contact to guests including reservations and check-ins,

·handling guest enquiries and issues,

·completing all admin to required high standards,

·cash handling and credit/debit card payments

·working with online reservation and booking systems

The role would be ideal for an existing hotel receptionist looking to advance and develop. To be considered, candidates should have tremendous communication skills, immaculate presentation, be highly organised, computer literate and be able to work happily,calmly and effectively under pressure
