1st Line Support Engineer (multilingual), Farnborough, up to £30k

My client who are an independent software vendor and cloud services provider are seeking a 1st line support engineer who can speak English and one other language from the following (French, German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese) to join their growing support team.

In this role you will be identifying the common reasons why customers contact support and create solutions with the product and design teams to make the product easier to use. You will be answering support calls and assisting customers with any issues that they may have, if an issues can not be sorted by yourself you will then be required to escalate things higher up and keep track of what is going on.

Required Skills:

- Must be able to speak another language from the following - French, German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese.
- Customer support role experience
- Knowledge of email, Outlook and Office 365 from a support/trouble-shooting perspective
- Strong communication skills, write and oral
- Team player and self motivated
