Do you have a long term ambition to train and become a qualified SENCO?

Would you be interested in securing a long term support based role that leads to formal SENCO training?

This exciting opportunity is based in a thriving Essex primary located in the heart of Southend. You will join the school working as SEN support with a view to training and developing you into a fully qualified SENCO over the coming years.

To be considered for this Trainee SENCO role you must be a graduate, ideally in a relevant subject such as education or psychology etc. It is also highly desirable that you can show previous experience working with children who have SEN requirements.

As the successful applicant for this Trainee SENCO role you will begin your time at the school working as a specialist Teaching Assistant. Working with a range of students across the school who have varying SEN requirements. If you can prove your commitment and talent for this type of work then the school will support you in commencing formal training to become a qualified SENCO.
