Global leader in networking solutions seeks a Sales Operations Analyst for the EMEA region.

As an individual contributor, the Sale/Business Operations Analyst interfaces with numerous areas of the company’s business, reporting directly to the regional VP.

The role is responsible for the business operations throughout EMEA.

Primary Role and Responsibilities:

Business Analysis
o Track all aspects of EMEA business, by region, product and functions
o Funnel and forecast analysis, based on data in CRM (Salesforce)
o Build accurate models of margins and profitability
o Provide timely and precise data to senior management and regional leaders
o Develop, document, analyse and improve business processes
o Present concepts and data effectively to regional teams
Secondary Role and Responsibilities:
o Track inventory support for the region
o Work with HQ to ensure adequate stock is maintained to serve the needs of local business
o Responsible for demo equipment inventory control and daily cycle counts

Required skills

• Superior analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Demonstrated successes in data analysis, drawing conclusions and improvements. Apply listening and consultative skills to understand business needs, be able to interpret requirements, identify impacts and analyse problems to determine impacts to business processes across the organization.

• Superior ability to manage, manipulate and analyse raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations using technology. Articulate the issues and resolutions via business friendly communications. Serve as primary day-to day contact for regional data management issues.

• Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills. Strong negotiation and group facilitation skills; ability to move a process forward, while meeting the needs of a variety of internal customers.

• Ideally Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study
• 3 - 5+ years’ experience in a customer support position with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ideally inventory control experience with extreme attention to detail
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
• Experience defining and reporting key support metrics to quickly identify and recommend process improvements
• Independent worker and thinker with a positive attitude and ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment
