Based in West Sussex.

We are always looking for quality focused Care Assistants and Support Workers across London, Kent and Surrey. Our clients are responsible for supporting hundreds of residents with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, sensory impairment or mild mental health and need the best care assistants to help them continue delivering outstanding care!

Typical duties will involve assisting the residents to bathe, toilet, get dressed, prepare light meals and undertake social activities. You may also accompany the individuals in the community and attend appointments, or just be there to provide companionship throughout the day.

You should be physically fit due to the need for safe moving & handling of residents, occasionally using equipment to assist you (eg hoists or wheelchairs) and you should therefore have up to date Moving & Handling training. If you have a DBS that is registered with the online update service, we can offer you work more quickly and we have regular shifts available for reliable care assistants.

You will:
* Have at least 12 months experience in care working as a care assistant
* Hold a valid DBS or be prepared to undertake a new one
* Be able to work a shift pattern - mornings, evenings, nights, weekends
* Be a flexible and reliable Care Worker
