Working for a successful, growing company based on the outskirts of Crewe, my client is looking for a driven, pro-active individual to join their small but friendly sales team. The main purpose of the role is to contact commercial businesses or public sector organisations to gain an appointment for your designated sales representative. You will be looking after your own geographical area and assigned sales representatives.
Key duties include:
1. To achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets in line with Business Objectives by calling clients from the internal database, following up on leads/referrals and website interest
2. To liaise with Contact Centre Team Leader/ IT for data to action
3. To pro-actively spot moments of opportunity for new business, up-selling products to match customer needs
4. To work on own initiative - planning and organising diary systems
5. Feedback any issues identified to Contact Centre Team Leader
6. To support Contact Centre Team Leader in any changes
7. Any other duties as deemed appropriate
