Located in beautiful countryside at Shenstone near Lichfield we have a 46 Room Home providing health care to people who are elderly or suffering with dementia

We are looking for a Registered Manager with proven experience in a Socialcare/Healthcare environment.

At least 3 years experience as a Registered Manager in a Residential Care Home.

1) To be responsible for the co-ordination and implementation of the assessment process for the people who use the service.
2) Develop and maintain internal and external channels of communication for provision of information and service
3) Participation in budget planning and on-going monitoring and control of agreed budget
4) Manage and develop high performing teams to ensure the standards of care/support are maintained in line with internal policies and procedures Prepare and maintain up to date records for compliance purposes e g Data Protection Act,
5) Commission for Social Care Inspection (if applicable)
6) Responsible for security of premises and the maintenance of grounds and buildings.
