An exciting opportunity has opened for a full-time Accounts Administrator to join our progressive and successful Kent-based manufacturing company, with competitive salary, pension and benefits.
The successful candidate will be organised, efficient, a good fit for our small team and capable (with time and training) of taking ownership of the accounts desk. Two years + experience with Sage or Sage Line 50 and Sage Payroll is essential. Competence using standard Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel and Word) will be required, while professional communications both in writing and on the phone are a necessity.
Responsibilities include:
• General accounts
• Stock control
• SOP & POP through Sage Line 50
• Payroll
• Monthly, quarterly and year-end accounts
• Bank reconciliations
• Preparing UK and International shipping documentation
• General office administration
