TRIANGLE RECRUITMENT are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Ledger/Credit Control Clerk to work for an International client. This role is to work 4 days a week, days are negotiable but must include a Friday and the hours are 9 - 5.30.

Candidates should have previous sales ledger experience and good IT skills and experience of working within the Shipping Industry.

Duties include:

Checking pre invoice lists against PO’s or bills sent from the client, raising invoices to match and uploading them onto the right system. If discrepancies its enquiring with the team to see if the client is correct or querying with the client, why they are missing costs (usually by email)

Printing a debt report each week

Emailing clients for payments 1-2 hours each week approximately

Raising pre invoice lists to identify invoices ready for creation

Ensuring pre invoices are filtered to clients

After approval raising day book versions of the invoices to ensure the invoices are correct

Cross reference invoices to ensure there are PO’s if requested by the client

Liaise with clients regarding invoice discrepancies.
