Manpower is recruiting for an Assembly Technician on behalf of our client located in Cambridge. The role is Permanent, and based within the Engineering Sector.

Assembly Technician - Sensor Build/ Instrument Build
Our client is an international leader in high-precision sensing with over 40 years' experience in the field, specialising in instrumentation for dew point, relative humidity and oxygen analysis. The company serves industries as diverse as petrochemical and pharmaceutical to power generation and food processing.
We require an Assembly Technician - Sensor Build/Instrument Build.
* The assembly of a wide range of Sensor, Instrument and Electromechanical Assemblies which will involve soldering, wiring and some test processes.
* Follow documented Work Instructions and specific Quality requirements.
* Maintain the focus on working to a high standard with the emphasis on attention to detail.

* We are looking for a highly self-motivated, confident and driven individual with the ability to work within a team.
* Attention to detail is a must, as is a desire to achieve consistently high quality results.
* Will be expected to display good organisational and time management skills.
* The administrative components of this role require a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as the job will involve inter departmental liaison.
* Previous relevant soldering and electro-mechanical Assembly experience in a busy manufacturing background.

Shifts: Full Time. 35.5 Hours a week.
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 Per Annum, Plus benefits
