Job Title - Customer Service / Complaints HandlerLocation - Leeds City CentreHours - Monday to Friday 3pm to 11pmSalary - £20,700 per annum (£18,000 plus £2,700 shift allowance)About the role: We are looking for driven and customer focused individuals as we recruit two brand new teams of Case Handlers here in Leeds.Full training and support will be provided by our team of experts including Trainers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Team Managers.You will have full ownership of your own PPI complaint case load, investigating and reviewing complaints. Delivering a first-class customer service, you will accurately review the file, identify all the facts and agree a fair outcome. You will then ensure that you articulate your decision to the customer, effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing.Whether you're an experienced customer service advisor, graduate or someone looking to develop your experience, we'd love to speak to you.
