Morson International. We are assisting our client with their recruitment to the position of Financial Project Coordinator.

You will be working for an award -winning professional services firm. Based in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire

Financial Project Coordinator To provide a comprehensive and high quality financial and administrative support service for international project activities working within the finance team.

You will be collating and controlling timesheets, reconciling cashbooks and challenging transactions. You will have to process invoices received from associates, subcontractors and partners and challenge validity and ensure contractual documentation is in place. You will be preparing quality sales invoices in line with contractual standards and within tight timescales. You will be expected to collate project information on a monthly basis and review with the project team leaders, so you must be fully IT literate. You will also be providing project information for the compilation of monthly management accounts, and also information to project director and senior management on a timely basis.

About you:

You must have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. You must be adaptable, as you'll be expected to work as an individual and also in a team. You must be fully IT literate, with a fine eye for attention to detail, plus having experience with accountancy software. On such occasions you may be required to travel to other offices.
